Metabolic View helps users understand personal health signals from connected services such as Oura. We collect data only when you authorize a connection.

• Oura data you authorize, which may include sleep, readiness, activity, heart rate, workout, SpO2, and personal profile data depending on the scopes you approve.
• Technical information needed to operate the service, such as logs, device/browser metadata, and security events.

How We Use Information

We use authorized data to provide personal dashboards, trends, insights, account support, security, and service improvement. Metabolic View does not sell personal health data.

Sharing

We do not share your personal health data with advertisers. We may use infrastructure providers to host and operate the service, and we may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.

Your Choices

You can revoke Oura access from your Oura account settings. You may request deletion of your Metabolic View account data by contacting us at privacy@metabolicview.com.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for sensitive health-related data. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
